This is a very good ice café. It was very busy when I visited, so getting a table was challenging. But that's to be expected in a tourist location. The waitress was very considerate and quick with my family's order.

Even 1 star would be too much. Waited almost 10 minutes and still no service.

I can only agree with the bad reviews about very unfriendly and arrogant staff. We have lost our appetite for ice cream. Unfortunately, you cannot assign less than 1 star.

After five of us had waited 15 minutes and the waiter obviously saw us and avoided us when making eye contact, we left. No service No business ....

Ice cream tastes quite good, depending on the type, toilets are clean, staff friendly.

Came alone and was ignored. All couples who came after me were served sooner! Drew attention to me and it wasn't until I ordered cappuccino and yoghurt ice cream that the waiter only became friendlier. Ice cream was tasteless and cappuccino was very bad - I left it without! I was the only one to get my bills straight away and for this bad service there was only a tip. Not only did I have to endure the bad service, drink and ice cream - no, I was also berated by the waiter !!!! Actually this place deserves absolutely no stars - nothing like this has ever happened to me!

One is served quickly. That's nice. Aperol tastes good and costs "only" 5.50 euros in this location. Ice cream on the next table looked delicious too.

Enough seats. Fast service, operation. Nice overview on the lake. Prices are ok

All waiters walk around with mouth and nose protection under their chins. Absolutely irresponsible and negligent.

Unfriendly employees. One is hardly noticed ... Really bad staff! It is a shame for the place that the sales area could have been used much more sensibly.

Good bongo bongo milhshake but unfortunately too much cream that the straw was clogged and you had to unroll the cream again. Operation okay not too friendly not too rude just average.

Service totally unfriendly, watch out for older people being ripped off here. Corona hygene measures are not observed !!

The crepe was tasty, but the service was extremely unfriendly! We were not really greeted and not at all bid farewell. We were just slammed the food and the money was bagged without comment!

Not particularly friendly staff, you don't have the feeling that they like to take care of guests and avoid you. For that reason alone, I can advise anyone against visiting. Hygiene measures due to pandemics are also not observed. For employees, masks only over the mouth, the nose is not covered Contact details are also not collected. An employee even removes some chewing gum in front of us, which then sticks to his finger and still continues to serve people; just disgusting. About the meal: ice cream was OK. Still doesn't save the rating.

The ice cream is OK, but not particularly good. The seating is not appealing in my opinion. But you just sit near the lake.

Horrible service! Offensive comments regarding the clients! 2 waiters who certainly did not finished any tourist / service schools... These persons are not suitable to work with people..... They are taking salary and workplace from 2 honourable and polite employees.

We went to the counter to order two crepes and a waffle, which it would seem is not acceptable, so the waiter who heard our order came over and repeated it to us and ordered it. We were sat inside so were a few metres from the counter. The crepes and waffles were quite nice, we had the exact money, we didn’t tip, we were only in there 15minutes and they weren’t particularly friendly. As we were walking out the waiter shouted “Ugh ENGLISH” - Very unpleasant, especially for my two teenage daughters

Nice service and still it was so full the order arrived very quickly. Iced coffee and kiwi cups were delicious.

The best place to eat icecream in Konstanz.The lake is stone throw away and you can enjoy your icecream on the beach.Its full of people and I like the taste of there icecream.I would love to taste more of there icecream in future.Best ??

Watch out at the change you receive from them! If they see that you are a tourist you can receive 1 turkish lyra instead of 2 euros, which is 10 times cheaper

Small but fine ice cream parlor. Not cheap, but generally delicious. Very good coffee, delicious ice cream and waffles. Very nice service. For my little one there was even something to play with at Easter. There are enough places in the sun, but the inside has also become very appealing. When we get ice cream or coffee from the harbor, it is usually here. Consistently good.
